Originally published as a martial arts journal by Bugeisha in Tokyo starting 1915, this is a reprint of issues 1-7. Among the authors were Nakayama Hiromichi (Muso Shinden-ryu, 1872-1958), Takano Sasaburo (Nakanishi-ha Itto-ryu, 1862-1950) and other representatives of the various styles as well as instructors of army and navy and the Metropolitan Police Department in Tokyo, which counted among the first-class Bujutsuka of the time.
The material is valuable yet interesting.
