With this work Fujiwara did a phantastic job. While the part on western fighting systems is at least as good as the average books on this subject we find published in Western languages, the part on Asian martial arts is really good.
Because of this, any work on the topic of Asian fighting systems not mentioning Fujiwara’s work in it’s bibliography is to be handle with extreme caution.
