On Okinawa, various masters and groups train in Naihanchi. Just like with every tsuki on the island, everyone has a different approach as regards how to generate power etc., how to practice it exactly, and why.

Oh, and BTW, did you notice? He does something I did when begginig my budo career. I adopted it from one of my Jiu-jitsu instructors: cut.all.advertising.off.

Nothing on the belt, nothing on the dogi. Bam! It’s great I found this one person on Okinawa, and anywhere it seems, who does so too.
